I. General Provisions.

  1. This Privacy Policy outlines the method of collecting, processing, and storing personal data necessary for the provision of services electronically through the website https://www.forsol.pl/ (hereinafter: the "Service").

The Administrator of the personal data of Users (hereinafter “Users” or “a User”) is Forsol Sp. z o.o. company registered in Poland under number 0001085917 in the National Court Register with its registered office at Swiety Marcin 29/8, Poznan, Wielkopolskie, Poland, 61-806 (hereinafter: the "Administrator").

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter: "GDPR").
  4. Data collected by the Administrator will be:
    • processed in accordance with the law;
    • processed for clearly defined purposes and not subjected to further processing that is inconsistent with those purposes;
    • substantively accurate and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed;
    • stored no longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of the processing.

II. Purpose and Legal Basis for Data Processing.

  1. The Administrator processes personal data necessary for the provision and development of services available through the Service and its individual functionalities.
  2. Personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
    • account registration, user identity verification, and the execution of a service agreement via electronic means in accordance with the Act of Polish law from July 18 2002, on the provision of services by electronic means, including particularly providing access to the User's account – based on the acceptance of the Terms and Conditions (Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR);
    • communication with the user to provide necessary information and build positive and reliable relationships with them, which are a legitimate interest of the Administrator (article 6 (1) (f) GDPR);
    • promotion of the Administrator's products and/or services and those of its Partners by sending marketing information (newsletters) via electronic means, provided that the User has consented to receive such notifications via email (article 6 (1) (a) GDPR);
    • providing access to industry-related updates directly connected to the Administrator's activities, provided the User has consented to receive such notifications via email (article 6 (1) (a) GDPR);
  • for analytical and statistical purposes, based on the legitimate interest of the Administrator in verifying Users' activities and preferences to optimize services, products, offer and the functionalities of the Service (article 6 (1) (f) GDPR);
  • establishing, pursuing, or defending against potential claims, based on the legitimate interest of the Administrator in protecting its rights (article 6 (1)(f) GDPR).

III. Data Processing Period.

  1. Personal data will be processed for as long as the person remains an active User of the Service (has a User account), and thereafter for the period necessary to comply with legal regulations or pursue or defend against potential claims, but no longer than one year from the date of termination of the electronic service agreement.
  2. Data processed based on consent will be processed until the consent is withdrawn, provided that the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.

IV. Information on Data Processing.

  1. Personal data may be disclosed, depending on the processing purpose, to:
    • entities affiliated with the Administrator;
    • entities cooperating with the Administrator;
    • subcontractors, particularly entities providing and maintaining selected IT systems and solutions;
    • entities handling online payments;
    • entities providing courier/postal services;
    • legal offices.
  2. Personal data processed by the Administrator will not/will be transferred outside the European Economic Area or to international organizations.

V. Rights of Data Subjects.

  1. A User of the Service has the right to:
    • access their personal data;
    • rectify data;
    • data;
    • restrict data processing;
    • transfer data;
    • object to processing based on the Administrator's legitimate interest.
  2. A User has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if they believe that the processing violates their rights and freedoms.
  3. The data processing does not involve automated decision-making, including profiling.
  4. If a User find any inaccuracies, The Administrator will delete or correct it promptly. If a User do not wish to receive information on an on-going basis about the Administrator’s services, activities or offers, a user should send email info@forsol.pl with the subject heading: ‘Unsubscribe’.

VI. Use of Cookies.

A cookie is a small file which asks permission to be placed on the User’s computer’s hard drive. Once a User agree, the file is added, and the cookie helps analyze web traffic or lets a User know when you visit a particular site. Cookies allow web applications to respond to a User as an individual. The web application can tailor its operations to a User our needs, likes and dislikes by gathering and remembering information about your preferences.

The Administrator use traffic log cookies to identify which pages are being used. This helps the Administrator to analyze data about webpage traffic and improve the Service in order to tailor it to customer needs. The Administrator only use this information for statistical analysis purposes and then the data is removed from the system.

Overall, cookies helps the Administrator provide to a User with a better website by enabling the Administrator to monitor which pages a User find useful and which you do not. Such aggregate information helps The Administrator to audit usage of our website and improve the service provided. We use software tools to analyze traffic to this web site. The Administrator collect only aggregate data, which cannot be used to identify a User.
